about

Beaver USA's 2nd album was written entirely by Brad Vanderburg with considerable instrumental contributions by musical compadre Scott Hotchkiss. It was composed during the dark last dregs of the G.W. Bush White House years, hence the Apocalyptic theme of much of the album.

Along with his usual singing duties, Vanderburg tries his hand at performing most of the guitars on the album with Hotchkiss drumming, playing bass on the tracks, and some lead and rhythm electric guitars. Special guests include Lane Wimberley (MACHO HAIKU) on bass for the title track and Brad's father, jazz legend Richard B. Vanderburg providing the horn arrangements and performance on a few tracks.
